Cx concerns are units door does not go down fully to 90 degrees. Found cabinets frame on door blocking door from opening fully. Cabinetry guy must cut cabinet frame to specs.

Cx concerns are unit has water remaining inside after use. Found dirty filter with debris. Cleaned filter/motor and vacuumed drain line.

Cx concerns are burning smell and grinding. Has bad magnetron and burnt wave cavity. Called sharp techline and confirmed unit is unrepairable.

"Replaced drain pump with new. Tested functions, unit working to factory spec, no further issues"

Cx complaint is burning smell on all towels and clothes / diagnosis vent is completely blocked going outside / confirmed at vent outside / side exit on machine / advised cx to contact dryer vent wizzard for a de lint and vent replacement.
