Thoughtful technician Asked us pertinent questions about the dishwasher and its functioning prior to problems that existed. Now, seems to be functioning well, cleans the dishes and cutlery but, is particularly wet at the end of the cycle. Will add finish to improve drying of washed items

The technician arrived in a timely manner, listened to me when I described the problem with the KitchenAid dishwasher and immediately went to work on it. He checked several items both inside and beneath the unit. He then clearly explained what he thought was the issue and told us how to prevent it in the future.

Richie was a very kind and polite repairman knowing this product and what needed to be done. He is most efficient!

Kevin was very efficient and knowledgeable I wish Lowe’s was the same!!!!!Kevin was very honest and understanding I wish I could say the same for Lowe’s I rate them o and will never recommend them and will let everyone who will listen know how I was treated!!!! After all I have been thru with Lowe’s I hope Fleet can fix this piece of crap washing machine!!! Once again Kevin was great!!
