Eventually I had my dishwasher repaired but it was a long long aggravating process . First day they spent well over 2 hours , only to trip off the main breaker leaving me with no electricity through out the entire house and it was up to me to figure it out.I was told “they are not electricians.” by the office manager. I was also told I have to pull out the appliance for them on the next appointment . They were unable to pull out the dishwasher on the very first visit. So I got a restoration guy to remove one screw and bracket on the top of the dishwasher which allowed the appliance to easily slip out .For the next visit . The next week + , the guy was back but with the incorrect part. So I had to wait another 2 weeks. Finally the appliance was repaired but he did not put the entire machine back to its original state . The bottom panel and padding was not placed back . I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. They were very expensive and I feel like they do not care about their customers or their time at all .

Had an issue with an LG refrigerator. After 4 visits the issue is still not resolved. We were told initially it was the compressor which we payed to have replaced only to subsequently have the same issue arise 2 weeks later and be told we needed another new compressor. It has become apparent the technician is not sure what is wrong. Also our most recent visit the technician didnt show up and didnt call to let us know so we were stuck waiting all day for nothing.
