"Issue unit isnt cooling. Inverter is receiving proper voltage and sending out a signal to the board, compressor is running on very low speed. Advised customer of findings and that unit is supposed to be installed in climate controlled area not in a garage"

Issue unit is making a squealing. Found top bearing worn completely causing not only noise but the drum to stall causing g drying issues. Also found that the duct trap is cracked.

Cx concerns are unit is fluctuating the temp around 39-41 . Tested temperature inside and was within working operation. unit upon arrival was inside of garage which is not the place it should be for it to work properly. Owners manual says this. Unit runs to specs.

Cx concerns are burners take long to ignite. Brushed off burner and recommended cx to soak burners in degreaser. All burners ignite. Unit runs to specs.

Installed parts and tested. Unit runs to specs now.
