Technician did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond to fix my washer machine!! I am very thankful for their professionalism and customer service culture.

Reginald is a knowledgeable and courteous technician. He took his time trying to locate and fix the problem with the washing machine even replacing and initializing the mother board. Unfortunately the machine still isn’t working.

It appears that drawer seems to be fixed on range He did look at dials on range because they get very very hot actually, uncomfortable to handle. He made an adjustment on gasket but I stll have problem with dials on this range. They get too hot when you touch them. Heat seems to be escaping somewhere and it needs attention. Dials very hot.
