Customer complaint ice maker leaking water. Upon arrival noticed ice build up on ice tray. Put into service and tested function of ice maker. Tested fine but ice tray was sticking to side of housing causing bad movement. Needs W10898228. Also noticed bad freezer gasket w11585972; ordrng 1 W11585972 (Freezer gasket) and 1 W10898228 (Ice maker)

"Cx concerns are unit is giving LE code (wash motor error), tested motor resistance and voltage at board and control board had burn marks on it and no voltage going to motor, motor windings tested good, determined control board is bad

"Customers concerns are gasket keeps coming off, tried reseating gasket on fridge door and when closing and opening the door the gasket comes out from suction because it is not clean, advised customer to maintain gasket to prevent this issue in the future, otherwise unit tested ok to factory specs"

I put in a request online to repair our washing machine after 5pm and they called back within 15 minutes! Fleet was able to come the next day and had everything they needed to fix the issue. Joe L was prompt, polite and able to fix the issue that day. A+ service and tech.

Kevin was experienced and very personable. He was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my dryer. The pricing was too high (service fee $141 with tax, the part that needed to be fix cost no more than $25 but to have it fixed add another $395 than the part cost and taxes. We would have spent around $600 just to fix a simple part, so we decided to buy a new dryer because it made more sense.

Service man was honest. We ended up not getting the repair and just bought a new appliance. I kind of wish the representative on the phone would have given us an approximate cost for repairs before sending out a service man.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the repairing of such a newly made Whirlpool Refrigerator that even othe companies that came to diagnose the repair needed, then Diagnosed it wrong but Joe at Fleet Appliance Knew what was wrong. It is 36 hours now and my refrigerator is now back up and running. Joe your are the Best. Thank you again.
