"Cx concerns are temp knob for oven does not turn, found that is was not able to be pushed in to be turned. I took about front panel and readjusted mounting for switch and verified it was seated correctly and all components were aligned, then reassembled front panel and switch can now be pushed in to be turned, unit tested ok to factory specs"

"Customers concerns are unit controls are locked, found that switch that controls oven setting amd temp are jammed and will not push in to allow dial to turn, new switch is required for both communication dial and temp dial, ordering necessary conversion and adapter pieces for dials as well, follow up required; ordrng 1 210600042 (Communicator switch) and 1 210600043 (Temp switch) and 2 223600002 (Shaft fixing)s and 1 223600001 (Spindle adapter)"

"Customer complaint unit displayed loflo error code. Looked over all hoses, found hidden small pinhole on pressure switch hose under a mounting clip. Customer stated he has a hose the same size and I installed that to get an idea. Ran the machine through a cycle, no loflo and is working to factory spec. Needs new pressure switch hose W11319791; ordrng 1 W11319791 (Pressure switch hose)"
