Complaint: No Drain and No Heat. Diagnosis: Opened unit and found that when washer is draining the sink in kitchen and bathroom both get backed up. Drain Issue is a plumbing issue and customer will contact a plumber. Opened up dryer and found heating element tested fine.

Installed thermostat heater showed customer unit working to factory specifications no other issues found
