Although we are happy with work we believe initial diagnosis of valve was wrong and the second fix , water tank was actually the problem. The unit was making noise but it seemed as if the water was blocked. The fact that the water tank was frozen was probably what was causing the water to not come out. We also had fleet replace the valve in 2018. So it does seem odd that in 4 years it needed replacement again. This missed diagnosis cost us approx 400.00 dollars. Ref inv 127628. Consideration for refund or a portion of it for valve would be appreciated.
