Quick service date and service Technician was terrific!

Although we are happy with work we believe initial diagnosis of valve was wrong and the second fix , water tank was actually the problem. The unit was making noise but it seemed as if the water was blocked. The fact that the water tank was frozen was probably what was causing the water to not come out. We also had fleet replace the valve in 2018. So it does seem odd that in 4 years it needed replacement again. This missed diagnosis cost us approx 400.00 dollars. Ref inv 127628. Consideration for refund or a portion of it for valve would be appreciated.

While the repairman you sent to my home was quite pleasant, I don’t think he knows enough about washers! Initially he told me that my washer was not designed to wash sheets. Found that hard to believe!!

Pedrito was excellent in not only completing the repair and prfessional in keeping us in the loop on the repair and explaining what was done and moving forward if you need any assistence he would be available.
