Customer concerns are machine not running. Upon inspection found error code f8e4 overflow switch. Checked overflow switch found piece of wire installation underneath. This triggered the overflow switch causing the error which preventing machine from running. Ran diagnostic cycle. Everything performed to factory specs

Technician who visited was woefully unprepared to address the issue I reported (very high CO readings). He did not understand the causes, behavior or impact of a CO leak, the operation of my range brand, of what to do about the issue,
Things were better once his supervisor got involved over the phone.
However, even the supervisor was very reticent to address the underlying issue: CO readings in excess of 500ppm with a recently calibrated Sensorcon KIT-INS2-CO-01.
