Technician who visited was woefully unprepared to address the issue I reported (very high CO readings). He did not understand the causes, behavior or impact of a CO leak, the operation of my range brand, of what to do about the issue,
Things were better once his supervisor got involved over the phone.
However, even the supervisor was very reticent to address the underlying issue: CO readings in excess of 500ppm with a recently calibrated Sensorcon KIT-INS2-CO-01.

Very pleased with John's work. Nice guy with great expertise. Dispatched on the same day of my calls. Have to withhold my final judgement until sure there is no freon leak to impede clean operation of the fridge.
