Customers concerns are they smell gas. I shut the pilots off to the upper griddle and the pilots are off on the top burners. The customer knows that they need to light the top burners and The Griddle manually. I also found a defective pilot in the right side oven I replaced the pilot and tested oven for leaks and operation and everything is operating the factory specs

adjusted the internal pilot assembly and shut the gas off to the pilot. The customer knows they need to use a lighter to light the griddle, and there is no pilot light anymore. The right side oven needs a pilot assembly.on 1 4524828 (Right oven bake pilot assy LP)"

We’ve been using Fleet for almost 4 years (as we need them). The beginning was a little rocky, but the techs got better and more personable. Bob, in particular, was the best to date. This recent visit was the 2nd time performing services at our home. He’s professional, polite, clean and meticulous in what he does. Highly recommend him as tech. If we can request him in the future, I will certainly try!

The tech was friendly and professional but the problem is still there. He checked/reset the mainboard but the problem was, and still is, late ignition. He never really looked at the oven and why the gas was not igniting as quickly as it should. Sometimes there is to loud 'poof' sound of igniting gas, sometimes it stops and waits before trying again. Please contact me before I respond to Kitchenaid on there questions.
