"Customer complaint unit not working properly and making weird noises. Upon arrival checked for any fault codes, none were present. Ran service cycle and started making a noise when shifter was trying to switch to agitate. Service cycle would not complete. Checked for codes, found error for shifter. Tested shifter manually and got same noise and would not shift back and forth between spin and agitate. Needs shifter W11481722; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator)"

diagnosed a slipping transmission and hub drive assembly / need to replace both together

"Troubleshooting lg refrigerator ,I test mode fan ok , power ok to the compressor , cheked L/H pressures ok , reset pcb main board ok , I found faulty compressor, customer need compressor and filter drier

Cx complaint is flame will go on and off during operation and makes a sputtering noise sometimes during operation advised cx on and off is normal / diagnosis ran unit in both broil and bake cycles and found no defects with any operations
