Cx concerns are unit was running longer than usual and they unplugged unit. Afterwords drawer were very hard to close. I plugged back in and tested. Drawers close fine now and both drawer run. I found a broken filter housing in bottom drawer

The tech was friendly and professional but the problem is still there. He checked/reset the mainboard but the problem was, and still is, late ignition. He never really looked at the oven and why the gas was not igniting as quickly as it should. Sometimes there is to loud 'poof' sound of igniting gas, sometimes it stops and waits before trying again. Please contact me before I respond to Kitchenaid on there questions.
