Customer concerns are error code E1 which is no water long fill. Upon inspection found cold water valve works with the hot water valve is struggling. Check filter on inlet valve. Found large deposits of sediment impeding the flow of water. Clear sediment instructed customer to contact maintenance or plumber. Hot water heater needs to be flushed to prevent this in the future.
