Joe was absolutely fabulous the refrigerator repair business is not a kind business to customers especially Maytag with their shotty whirlpool parts but Joe managed to fix it but not after waiting 22 days to get the parts for my refrigerator I would use Joe again but not Maytag He was kind efficient neat and most importantly knowledgeable thanks to him my 89 year old mom is ok again

Thoughtful technician Asked us pertinent questions about the dishwasher and its functioning prior to problems that existed. Now, seems to be functioning well, cleans the dishes and cutlery but, is particularly wet at the end of the cycle. Will add finish to improve drying of washed items
