Unit is in wall and I need second person to remove unit. I need to adjust the door switches as it shift upon delivery and installation. No parts needed other then adjustment. Last week I called Plessers because my LG wasn’t making ice. I purchased the fridge there. I asked them if they could recommend a service repair company. They gave me two numbers. I called your company and they sent a guy out. Within minutes he said it’s a big job. You need a compressor and other things. He said your ice cream will be melting, etc which it wasn’t. I called LG and they sent out a serviceman from Sterling and he tested everything and the temps are fine which goes along with the digital reading on the unit itself. I know your guy was not being truthful. I called Plessers today to let them know how your repairman is trying to get over on customers. I’m a recently retired police officer. I don’t like fugazy business practices. They charged me $140 something dollars to be misled. Unless my service call charge is refunded I will leave a review with Yelp and Google do others don’t get taken. John Dockswell
Hello John, thank you for leaving your review. After researching the technicians notes, I saw that the temperature in your freezer was too high at 40 degrees, it should be at 0 degrees. It seems your freezer was not working when the tech was there. I had a couple of weekends to use the LG washing machine and it worked fine. The replaced pump seemed to work. The clothes were well drained of water. The Fleet Appliance technician, Pedrito identified the problem and the part(pump) came in quickly. I hope the part lasts a while since this is a 2 two year old machine. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Many thanks.
