"Issue washer is stuck locked, and dryer has an issue. Only issue found with dryer is that the start button is stuck causing it to run when door is closed and a time is set. For the washer found that there is no voltage going to the control board and lid lock is rusted. Ordering parts for repair. ; ordrng 1 3977456 (Start switch) and 1 W11176140 (Washer mcu) and 1 W10869789 (Lid lock)"

Found fualty mems sensor and possible control board

"Issue unit left clothes soaking wet. Checked for stored error codes; found 5c, no issue with drain pump found. Ran unit with a small load, no issue with unit spinnin. Couldnt recreate issue stated by customer"

"Issue washer isnt completing a cycle, stopping around the rinse portion. Ran in an auto diagnostic test, no issue found with unit, no error code. Ran in a quick wash, noticed the excess suds in washer. Advised customer to use less soap. No further issue with unit found.

"When following the switch conversion steps the diamond switch are positioned differently and have a offset off position to original switches and will randomly turn the burners on and off, light at knob is purple.; ordrng 4 Z-E20F01-031600 (Burner switch)s"
