"Complaint leaking gas smell. Upon diag, checked for any gas leaks and found a leak coming from regulator. Tried tightening down gas lines and they were already tight and would not move. Ordering gas regulator. ; ordrng 1 Z-G20C01-034001 (Regulator)"

"Complaint burners turning off and on. Upon diag this time, all burners turn on and off to spec, found no issues with burners.

"Complaint doors not sensing they are closed. Upon diag with techline, tested all magnetic door switches and they all are in spec. Checked for continuity at plug to main board and found a break in the harness in the case to the main board. Techline stated that that is not covered under warranty and that the customer needs a new fridge. No other repairs to be made

"Issue unit has a grinding noise. Found no issue coming from the cam assembly, agitator, or motor. Found issue caused by the Gearcase and drive block. ordrng 1 389140 (Drive block) and 1 W10870910 (Gearcase)"
