Pedrito was respectful, knowledgeable, professional. He solved our problem on the first visit in a timely manner. He left no mess behind and a working dishwasher. Very satisfied with the company, Pedrito and would highly recommend both.

Extremely late. My service window was 3-6pm. I was not contacted until after 9pm. Didn’t get here until 9:40. Over 3 and 1/2 hours late. No one bothered to contact me regarding this. That’s unacceptable at a minimum. I have been very patient. My appliance was NOT repaired timely. Several visits were required. I expect some monetary recompense - and not merely the insult of a $15 coupon which your office offered.

I expected a complete written invoice/receipt instead of a laminated card. Jesus was excellent and courteous. Very thoughtful and respectful of my home.

your first tech arrived on 6/6 but was unable to do anything as i had my contractor undo wiring thinking tech would make sure it was wired properly. I did not know tech's could not touch wiring. I had my contractor reconnect and got a new appt for 6/10. the next tech told my could not touch the appliance as it was not supposed to be connected. Asof this writing i don' have an appt or a woking cooktop.
