Cx concerns are units washermachine has bad smell. I recommended vinegar and hot water on heavy duty cycle as many times needed to remove smell. Unit runs to specs.

"Cx concerns are unit is having issues with basket being loose, I inspected unit and found the inner basket is corroded and completely broken off from hub and shaft. I determined unit will need a completely new tub, bearing and seal.

"Cx concerns are unit does not close, after inspecting unit I found that door is closing correctly but door latch is not holding door shut. I inspected door latch and found its loose, new door latch is required; ordrng 1 WD21X10490 (Door latch assy)"

Cx concerns are door is not closing. Door was slumping again and hitting bottom bumper on door. I readjusted door again now its closing properly. Unit runs to specs.

Cx concerns are unit had a problem with top drawer and a dented door with a broken door handle that was missing. I asked cx if it was installed that way and they said yes. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 WD09X32999 (Door handle) and 1 WD27X30353 (Inner door) and 1 WD27X33119 (Outer panel)
