"Customer concerns are unit has a loud clicking noise. No issue with compressor, no issue with ice maker. No issue with fans. Advised customer that its not necessary to replace the overload/relay cause the clicking will continue regardless.

Randy was my service technician for all 3 calls and he was extremely pleasant, however so disappointed in my service. Upon completion of first visit I knew something shut off on my unit and I immediately walked out to service van and stated my concern. I was told that I needed to wait 24 hours for the unit to cycle back up, 2 hours later still no cooling, I called office and they told me the same thing that I needed to wait 24 hours. I called the next morning and was told I need to wait until 3-6pm for service. Randy came early afternoon to service again and said he thinks he had it working. By 9 pm I knew it was not and called the next day. Randy came and left and my unit is still over 90 degrees and now we are at a holiday weekend. Granted my SubZero is old but I have never had a problem like this and am beyond disappointed.
