Issue ice build up at bottom on unit. Found no issue with unit cooling or defrosting. Customer will let unit defrost manually with a space heater near to defrost ice.

Pedrito, from Fleet Appliance, arrived right on time. (I was given updates on his arrival time.) He inspected my upright freezer in the garage, and worked to clear the ice. He explained exactly what had happened and how to prevent the problem from returning. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I will use Fleet for all my appliances. I saved hundreds of dollars with just a service call, which was very reasonable.

The repair man was very friendly but after he left I realized my washing machine wasn't working. (It worked before he evaluated it). I requested he return and have to wait until Friday. I am not happy as I have laundry waiting.

Well, another great experience with Fleet Appliance! First of all, I was able to get a same day appointment which is unheard of! Secondly, Rich the technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was able to easily rectify the problem. I ALWAYS have a really positive experience with Fleet Appliance and would never call anyone else to service my appliances. I highly recommend Fleet Appliance without hesitation!
