"Called customer to apologize it was so late but I am on my way if it's ok with them. They said it was too late and have left the house. Customer was upset and not very nice. Proceeded to tell me 'I was going to listen to what he had to say'.Customer did not believe that other jobs took longer and that I purposely was taking my time, which he perceived as a 'fuck you' to him between me being late and the office didn't reach out to him.
