"Issue unit is leaking, customer pulled unit out to shut water off and found a puddle towards the rear middle of the unit. Turned water back on and ran water dispenser, no leak found. Found that drain tube is full and may be leaking outside of unit; made a notch in drain tube facing towards the unit to prevent water coming out. Called tech line, no service bulletin. No further issue found with unit"

"Removed gearcase assembly and replaced with new including new belt, agitator and belt cover. Tested functions in service mode to verify repair and no leaks. Unit ran through cycle with no issues or codes and no more leaks are present. Unit working to factory spec, no further issues."

Looked underneath for water and found oil and water coming from gear case assembly. Needs new gearcase, belt and cover.
