Installed new ice maker assembly and new sensor and reed switch / ice maker is now cycling as should and ep error is gone / no further defects with unit at this time / job completed / advised cx ice production will begin within 24/48 hrs /

Customers concerns are the range has an error when using bake. replaced the cooling fan that Thor sent and the customer had at their house and the range tested okay to factory specs

Cx complaint ice maker still not working / ran through diag and found error E5 still present (ice mold thermistor) removed ice maker to check all connections / faulty ice maker assy need to order and replace / no other defects or errors found / ; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice maker assy)

Cx complaint unit is making a loud beeping noise and also cannot take out of EP mode / diagnosis faulty Reed switch / ep error for sensor on comp / faulty ice maker not making any ice / need to order these parts and return to complete repair / ; ordrng 1 12131000074705 (Ice maker assy) and 1 17431000000121 (Switch) and 1 17431000000119 (Switch)

"Customer concerns:FZ section working normal, produce drawer too cold causing produce to freeze slightly, and FF section not cool enough. Inspected, no error codes found, Checked fans, all checked to be working. Determine to be airflow issue related to ice buildup. Instructed customer to defrost unit for 24hr. Disconnect power, open doors and place towels for any water."
