"Issue unit isnt cooling. Both sections are at 70. No frost on evap. Compressor isnt running, inverter is receiving proper ac voltage, no dc voltage to inverter, inverter is blinking 2x intervals; cycled power to main control board, no further issue with unit found. Advised customer of issue persist main control will need to be replaced
