"Cx concerns are unit is heating properly and locked by itself and went into self cleaning, I checked for error codes md found none and tested unit set to 350? and got an average cycling temp of 362?, advised cx of my findings and that unit tested ok to factory specs"

Richie was clearly knowledgeable and able. Unfortunately the diagnosis put the repair as more expensive than a new washer, so I decided not to proceed and instead purchase a new washer. In the future I will certainly think of Fleet when appliance repairs are needed.
