Customers complaint is ice maker is still not working and theres water leaking at the bottom of unit / upon arrival notices the ice maker button was turned off / turned on ice maker and inspected to make sure ice maker is working / ice maker is cycling as should / ran unit through diagnostics cycle internally and everything tested ok
