Easy to get an appointment but…a big waste of time. I mentioned many times on the phone prior to the appointment what I thought was the problem. No estimate was given. After the tech diagnosed the same problem, the cost of repair was more than a brand new dryer. What’s the point? And I just threw away the $140 service call fee.
