Joe was great but could not find any explanation for terrible fumes coming off broiler. Unfortunately the problem is continuing. Have since run it for hours without it going away .
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your kind words about Joe's service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the continuing issue with the fumes from the broiler. As per Joe's assessment he told you, This is normal in a new oven and will disappear in time. If you would like to speed the process, set a self-clean cycle for a minimum of 3 hours. See the "Cleaning the Oven section" in your owners manual. This is temporary. You need to burn off the new smell in the oven. If you have any questions please reach out to us. Thank you.
