Cx concerns are unit not turning on. I found unit unplugged and with mice bitten power cord and water line. ; ordrng 1 W11218259 (Power cord harness) and 1 WPW10503278 (Control mod)

"Replaced main control in unit. Tested functions, unit is opening and closing properly now. No further issues, working to factory spec."

Cx concerns are unit is not draining properly. I found unit with no abnormal amount of water. I tested on rinse. Drainline is dirty but pump drains strong. No water is staying in just normal amount needed for pump underneath.

Cx concerns are unit oven bake is not working. I found faulty igniter not lighting. Replaced with stock. Tested. Unit runs to specs.; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

Customer's concern the refrigerator is not cold. I replace the compressor filter dryer kit and the refrigerator tested okay to factory specs
