"Issue unit isnt drying giving error code DHE. No issue with thermostat, old and new heater give the same resistance no issue found. Found no voltage going to heater when in diagnostic mode, also found the inlet valves are rusted and leaking, mostly caused a short on main control board. Ordering heater duct cause its melted and deformed.; ordrng 1 5221ea1009v (Cw valve) and 1 5220fr2006h (Hw valve) and 1 Ebr84548813 (Main pcb) and 1 Mcz64254801 (Duct)"

Pedrito is a true asset to Fleet Appliance. He arrived within the time stated. He was respectful & knowledgeable.
I rated our experience 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it took 3 visits to repair our oven. This was due to a malfunctioning replacement part, no reflection on Pedrito’s performance.
