"Issue no heat. Checked heater and safeties w/Bob. No issue with components of heater assy. After replugging everything, unit started to heat on time dry after the spin cycle was done. Advised maintenance of water hoses needing to be replaced. No further issue with unit found."

I rated our experience 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it took 3 visits to repair our oven. This was due to a malfunctioning replacement part, no reflection on Pedrito’s performance.
