Issue unit isnt heating all the time; after opening and closing multiple times unit will work. Found that the latch head isnt engaging the interlock switches properly causing issue. Advised customer of findings. ; ordrng 1 PHOK-A174WRFZ (Interlock L) and 1 PHOK-A178WRFZ (Interlock R) and 1 LSTPPBO81/kit (Latch head kit) and 2 QSW-MA168WRZZ (Secondary switch)s and 1 FFS-BA018/KIT (Monitor switch)

the technician was professional and the appointment process with Fleet is great however, the problem is not solved and the ticket was closed because the technician said it’s fixed. Fleet told me to call fridge manufacturer. Doesn’t seem to be the correct path
