"Customer concers are filter wont come out and ice shoot is iced over. Found that the gasket for the shoot fell in, adjusted the gasket no further issue.

freezer section and ice maker are both working as should / removed fridge evap and diagnosed a faulty evap fan in fridge / correct voltage sent to fan but fan is dead needs to be replaced ; ordrng 1 WR60X26866 (DC fan evap)

"Replaced pressure switch. Unit is still leaking from door. Called tech line no further with pressure switch or hose, no obvious issue with door seal or inner door panel.

Customer complaint is the dryer is not drying the clothes properly still wet after drying cycle is over I cleaned out the washer drain pump filter and tested the dryer operation The unit is in good working condition No further issues with this unit

"Repaired dryer door, door now latches no issue. Installed pressure switch hose provided by the customer unit will overfill on regular wash but stop filling. On a rinse it wont stop filling. No issue with vlaves all are reading with in spec. Advised that unit also has a bad pressure switch. ordrng 1 WP22002921 (Pressure switch)
