"Customer Concerns: no cool in FF section. inspected, FZ section temps normal - 1.2? - FF section 61? - found vent blocked with ice. Cleared ice block with steam and checked for proper airflow. Airflow to FF section is back to normal.

Installed nylon washers. No further issue with unit found.

"Issue unit stopped cooling randomly but is working at the moment. Found no issue with air flow, and evap has an even frost pattern. Found compressor pulling 1.4amp

"Cx concerns are units door is not sealing properly, I inspected unit and found that door is closing and sealing properly on all sides and I advised cx on how to properly load unit to prevent issue in the future"

"Cx concerns are unit is not cooling at all, has power but has error code on display. I checked error code and found defrost sensor tested ok, and unit had no frost pattern. I checked compressor and found it had proper voltage and in test mode amp draw on compressor is .70 unit needs new compressor and filter drier
