Fleet is terrible. My 18 year old fisher paykel drawer was not draining and they sent Ryan he told me the rotary was broken and told me the bill was 595 plus tax he was barely at my house. I later found out the plastic part was only 150 and he had the audacity to charge me 450 in labor. He did nothing but run the dishwasher. Did not take the unit out, did not check for clogged lines. The part was ordered and he returned to put it in. Within a week or so the machine was again not running. He returned to tell me that the new part was defective and the. Li Ed were clogged and I needed a plumber. My plumber came and the lines were fine and he said Ryan did not know what he was talking about. At that point just a few days ago I went to appliance world to find out that a new drawer was only 799 and I ordered it. I called fleet to let them know and the only resolve I got was they said they would cover the plumbers bill, pickup the defective part and get credit for 150. I am out over 600 for labor because they sent Ryan is is unknowledgea inexperienced and had no idea what he was talking about. He never removed the unit or did anything other than run the dishwasher ti affirm it wasn’t draining. The audacity. I have been charged over 600 for bad labor in a machine I ultimately replaced within days of the plumber coming here. Fleet are thieves. They walk into expensive homes and areas and think they can get away with exhirbitsnt fees and bad quality service. DO NOT USE FLEET GOR REPAIR EVER!!!!!
My experience was very good. He adhered to COVID protocols while repairing the appliances and evaluating the problems. Quite professional.
