I confirmed diagnosis and replaced lid and ran washer in every cycle to verify it would lock lid without any external help and unit tested ok to factory specs

"Cx concerns are unit does not lock by itself and needs to push down on lid for lock to activate, I put unit into diagnostic mode and checked for error codes and I got code for F5E2(lid would not lock) I cleared error code and tested lid lock and found the lock mechanism is testing ok but lid is slanted and not coming down far enough to lock during normal function, I tried adjusting lid but found it is broken on left side which is causing it to be higher up then right side, new lid is required; ordrng 1 W11259006 (Lid)"

"Cx concerns are unit is completely unresponsive and they checked breaker wasnt tripped, I verified unit is getting correct line voltage to unit and control board but after inspecting control panel I found multiple corroded connections and the display pcb is scorched, unit will need a new control board for display; ordrng 1 EBR85235704 (Display control)"

"Cx concerns are unit has filter stuck in housing, I helped cx remove filter and advised them to order new filter and to not use dispenser or ice maker until new filter is in"
