The lid on my washing needed replaced, granted the machine is 5 years old and it works well. The lid is no longer being made by lg the manufacturer. It is sold on Amazon. I paid fleet $150 for a consult to see if they could replace the lid. I was told that the lid is no longer being made therefore they are unable to replace it.
I am going to purchased the lid from Amazon anyway but fleet could have offered to install it , if I bought it as a courtesy,based on the fact that I paid them $150.
Fleet appliance is an excellent company I’ve used them in the past and I will continue to use them. It’s just unfortunate for me that I’m in such a situation. Lg appliances is unable to help and my machine cannot be fixed. When buying appliances from Lg make sure you are purchasing a current model they do not support the older models that you may buy from Home Depot or Lowes

Very bad service technician is not good knowledgeable they came and couldn’t fixed my refrigerator they charged service fee I want them to fix it and 3 days passed they didn’t give estimate price or anything very bad experience strongly not recommended
