"Upon arrival, customer stated they were using unit when puff of smoke and power turned off. After new diag, found transformer to be burnt out. Needs transformer, capacitor and diode. ; ordrng 1 5304515184 (Transformer) and 1 5304523278 (Capacitor) and 1 5304515185 (Diode)"

"Customer complaint unit not heating properly. Upon diag, found correct voltage going to the transformer but not kicking on the mag tube. Also found correct amperage entering the unit. Ordering magnetron; ordrng 1 5304509470 (Magnetron)"

Installed convect fan motor and tested. Heats and fan runs. Unit runs to specs.

"Cx concerns are unit is making a lot of noise while running in convection bake, I inspected fan and found it is corroded heavily and needs to be replaced ordrng 1 318398302 (Fan blade) and 1 318389000 (Seal) and 1 316136600 (Nut)"

Cx complaint both fridge gaskets are ripping / door makes a loud creak when opening and closing / also cover for bottom shelf is cracked / please see all photos / will submit for all parts to resolve all these issues / no other defects with unit / ; ordrng 2 Z300300 (Gasket left and right)s and 1 Z300013 (Flip)
