Cx concerns are unit is not heating. ran unit on self clean and stopped working. unit is not properly installed because it doesnt have a proper air intake/out .

Installed new rails and they close with no issues. Unit runs to specs now.

Cx concerns are freezer door rail gets stuck when trying to close it. 13698157 case number. Ge techline confirmed that rail is defective.; ordrng 2 WR72X24815 (Slide rail freezer)s

4781JR2004C fuse . Cx concerns are no airflow to top fridge. Found defrost problem frozen evap. Airflow vent is frozen too.

"Customer concerns are fans do not run, and the light doesn't work. Found that the fans were unplugged, and one bulb had the glass broken, and the other one didn't work. Found faulty switch control causing issue. Replaced both bulbs and the switch control. No further issues found with unit.
