Customer complaint is machine does not dry close well. Inspection of the machine found the lint trap coated with cat hair and lint and the bottom filter also needing cleaning. Cleaned both filters and ran machine testing temperaturele at drum. Average drum temperature of 150?. No further issues with machine at this time. Unit tested to factory spec.
