No issue with door gaskets. Found that defrost heater and tco both have resistance to spec. Found no voltage coming out the jazz board. Replaced board. No further issue with unit found

Juan made the effort to find the true cause of our iced over, non-functioning 60° refrigerator, then cleanly and efficiently replaced the broken defrost thermostat. This happened after two (2!) wasted visits from a different company in Hicksville who failed to look for the cause of the ongoing problem.
