Cx state unit knob wont turn test unit knob working fine unit running fine

Customer complaint is the unit has water leaking from it I removed the float switch assembly and found a lot of grease under the float I clean off the grease and reinstalled the float switch assembly

"Customer concerns are ice maker stopped making ice. Found that teeth were stuck in ice, freed teeth and found that unit would cycle and fill with water but teeth would stop in the water causing issue. used 1 626628 (Module assembly) from stock"

Unit is frozen over on the back cover in the freezer. Had too much ice for me to open it up. I advise the customer when we return she must defrost the fridge prior. Need evap cover and temp sensor ; ordrng 1 AEB72913929 (Evap cover fan assembly)

Customer complaint is the unit is leaking water from the bottom of it I found water leaking from the bottom of the float level switch assembly I had to properly level the unit The leaking has stopped No further issues with this unit
