Pedrito was great. Very thorough replaced the defective ice maker. Scheduling should absolutely be done through Jennifer the office manager only. Best way to get the technician and time and day u need for repair.

Pedrito diagnosed the problem and installed my new ice maker without difficulty. He was great. However, this is a very pricy company and scheduling is a bit of a nightmare. Not very accommodating to the customer.
