The Fleet Appliance repairman Joe was exceptional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful to me. He showed me everything he did to fix my range, how to recover things that had fallen out of the bottom drawer and under it, and how to set the clock on the range. Because of him Fleet will get all my appliance repair business from now on.

Very professional. Really appreciated the timely texts that were sent because it eliminated that uncertainty as to when the technician would arrive. Pedrito was extremely competent and respectful. Although, the expense was more than I anticipated, in the long run the experience was hassle free as well as class act!!! Loved my goody bag!

Carl was my service technician provider for my GE refrigerator. I can’t say enough great things about how he provided his service. It should be mentioned that Carl came in as a second opinion after a GE tech diagnosed my issue. It should also be mentioned that the GE tech was wrong about what piece needed to be replaced. Carl took the extra time to locate the true problem. After he ordered the right part he came back for the install and now my refrigerator is working correctly again. I would not hesitate to recommend him and hope that he is my service provider again in the future. Rich G.

Compressor replaced. After a couple of days unit did not cool again. Came back. Did something. Fridge worked for about 10 days. Now leaking from copper to steel soldered connection at compressor and not cooling enough in the fridge section. LG now tells me the company is rejecting to accept another service request to fix their job. Unfortunate.
