Carl is the absolute best!! He immediately diagnosed the issue and it was fixed and replaced within the week!! He has a positive attitude and very nice disposition. He gets 5 stars!! They don’t make service people like this anymore! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I am so happy with my fixed dishwasher!! Thank you Carl!
