"Customer concerns are water leaking out of fresh food section. On inspection found 1/2-in sheet of ice underneath crisper drawer. When to remove evaporator cover, completely Frozen on. Unable to open instructed customer to leave unit off for a few days and give us a call back. I suspect clogged drain tube, as the temperature in the freezer and the fresh food section are correct.; saved tckt"

Customers concerns I burning smell when the unit operates. Upon inspection found belt to be cracked. The entire length of the belt and the idler pulley has some caked on burnt rubber from the loose belt. Need to be replaced. Need to order belt and pulley kit part. #959P3 belt and pulley kit. ; saved tckt

Customers concerns are dryer too hot. Checked external vent as well as dryer vent line. Everything clear. Checked temperatures out the back of units averaged. 147? f. Everything works to factory specs
