Customer complaint unit not cooling and leaking water. Water is condensation. Noticed too much weight on door causing it to not sit properly and ruined door seal. Needs seal WR24X10229. Super is advising tenant to put less weight on door. Adjusted level of door to seal better. ; ordrng 1 WR24X10229 (Door seal)
