Customer complaint unit constantly running found issue to be leak in water valve need to order parts ; ordrng 1 Dd81-02265a (Water valve) and 1 Dd82-01423a (Drain hose)

Customer concers are refrigerator stopped cooling. Found faulty compressor in sealed system. Compressor is running at 184 volts and 1.5 apms. Ordering 1 compressor and 1 filter dryer.; ordrng 1 TCA38151706 (Compressor Assembly) and 1 ADH73150210 (Filter Dryer)

Complaint: Leaking. Diagnosis: Opened unit and found clogged evaporator drain line. Drain line needs to be cleaned out. Steamed out drain line and poured a cup of water down channel. Unit is running to factory specs. Customer

Customer concers are dryer has a loud squeaking sound. Found front rollers causing the noise. 2 rollers were replaced. No sound heard after. No further issues found with dryer.
