Upon arrival I ran unit through diagnostic tests again and cx explained that their other tenant is messing with settings on unit and I found that cold water valve is not turned on all the way. unit is testing ok to factory specs

Cx concerns no ice. Made 6 icecubes.Unit needs water relocation ; ordrng 1 WR49X44788 (Water tline relocation kit) and 1 WR17X33825 (Filter bypass)

I confirmed diagnosis and replaced ice maker and unit tested ok to factory specs
