Cx concerns are unit is making loud noise. Cx showed me video of noise. I put unit in test mode and tested all fans. Could not recreate noise. I was going to order a part but it is not currently making the same noise when i was there. Unit runs to specs.

I confirmed diagnosis and replaced evap fan and advised cx that unit will need 24 hours to return to normal temp cycling

inspected unit and foumd that evap fan had ice buildup on it amd was heavily damaged from hitting panel, I leveled out drain pan to prevent more water dripping down and determined due to rust new fan, blade and fan mount is required. Placing parts on order, follow up required; ordrng 1 WR60X10185 (Fan motor) and 1 WR60X41627 (Evap fan blade) and 1 WR02X11622 (Fan bracket bttm) and 1 WR02X10653 (Upper fan bracket) and 2 WR02X12008 (Fan grommet)s"

Every sensor and load is reading correctly but when I would try to turn on and off a load, would not cycle correctly. Also noticed would not be able to cycle ice maker on or off by pushing both plus and minus on ff buttons even though temperature was correct at 1f in freezer upon arrival. Putting main board and the two power supply pcb as well as the temperature control board on order. ; ordrng 1 WR55X41845 (Main board) and 2 WR23X10622 (Power supply pcb)s and 1 WR55X33032 (Temperature control board)"
