"Issue bake doesnt heat. Found that bake igniter will glow. Tried to get to the back of the unit l, was unable to pull unit out to get to the back of the unit to test the igniter due to gas line being short. Gas line just goes into the floor with no access to a shut off, customer showed crawl space but theres no access to gas connection as per customer.

After weeks of unsuccessful attempt at repairs from kenny(4 or 5 visits) Tyler was able to diagnose and repair my dishwasher. He was kind, timely, professional and explained all details of repair. He even left me with a postcard of parts on order. He is sn asset to your company. Especially after I was becoming very frustrated bc repair took months and my time home on my only day off!
