Customer complaint dishes not getting clean. Diagnosis put unit into diag mode And the unit is not circulating the water. Unit will need a pump assembly. Ordering part return to fix unit.; ordrng 1 W10854710 (Pump motor)

Customer complaint fresh food section not cooling. Diagnosis when I arrived unit was cooling both sections amp reading on compressor is .8 is within range as per bob customer should leave unit unplugged for 24 hours to defrost with doors open and the unit should check okay.

Customer complaint water slowly dispensing. Diagnosis water is coming out in spurts and very slowly. the water pressure coming into the unit is the problem customer will need to have a plumber come in and check the valve where the water is coming from.
