ran unit through service cycle and unit began to make grinding noise once it got to spin cycle, inspected under unit and found belt had been worn out from gearbox sticking, verified by removing splutch and isolating gear box, unit also needs a new belt. placing parts on order follow up required; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearbox assy) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

Was not told that I had to remove the microwave from the wall before serviceman arrived. Labor cost for the repair was $400. Part was under warranty. This is ridiculous. I purchased exact replacement for $250.
