Cx concerns are unit not cooling properly in both sections. I first took temp reading of both compartments and got ~5? in freezer and ~50? in fridge. I ran unit through diagnostic tests and checked all components. I then verified air circulation was good in unit and unit tested ok to factory specs

"Complaint over cooling and freezing items in fresh food. Checked over control and found faults for defrost sensor. Tested sensor and was giving weird reading where it was in spec and then out of spec Ordering main control and defrost harness with thermal fuse as precaution ; ordrng 1 W11353813 (Control) and 1 W11502499 (Thermal fuse harness)"
