Installed heating element. Element came with new thermostat. Unit heated on extra dry not timed dry.

Customer concerns are unit has lights out. Checked lights and all 3 were burnt. Ordering one more. ; ordrng 1 W11233684 (Light)

Customer concerns are unit leaks when a heavy load is done. Found oversuds in unit. Instructed customer to use tub clean cycle until no suds are visible while running cycle with empty tub. Also instructed to use 1/3 of detergent that is recommended on bottle and to use correct cycle for such a large comforter. Unit runs to factory specs

Diagnosis tested unit with a probe did not go above 61. Unit will have to be uninstalled in order to repair unit and test unit.ordrng 1 8182528 (Heater element) and 1 8182508 (Thermostat) and 1 W10625430 (Thermostat)
