Customers concerns are leaking water in the refrigerator section. Inspected freezer. Found massive ice buildup due to Frozen drain tube. Checked level of units unit tilting forward causing improper drainage and freezing drain tube. Defrosted drain tube and ice buildup everything's performed to factory specs. Temperature was coming down when I left.

Juan diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. The refrigerator had to be pulled out and was recessed into cabinets and elevated. He protected the floor and managed to get it back in place. Quick service. Very satisfied.
