Cx concerns are unit is making strange worrisome noises. I found a bag stuck inside the icemaker also freezer is alittle overfilled. Checked freezer fan makes normal sound just normal vibrations from being overfilled. Unit runs to specs.

"Customer complaint doors were not aligned properly. Upon diag, found oven door off the hinge to close properly. Adjusted doors internally and door is now closing properly. No further issues.

Cx concerns are unit us undercooking taking too long. I instructed cx on raising set oven temperature in oven setting. I raised too oven by 15 and bottom by 25. Tested temperature. Unit runs to specs.

Juan diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. The refrigerator had to be pulled out and was recessed into cabinets and elevated. He protected the floor and managed to get it back in place. Quick service. Very satisfied.
