unit completed all functions with no errors / reset errors and advised cx he is using too much soap in machine and how that will cause excessive wash times / also hot water valve was not opened all the way / no defects with unit /"

Cx concerns were bottom not working. Upon arrival cx said bottom rack is fine and working.

Cx concerns panel on dispenser broke. Ordering. ; ordrng 1 W11318818 (Handle drawer)

Cx concerns are unit doesnt work. Had bad drain pump. Installed pump from van inventory. Unit runs to factory specs.
