I was refered by LG as a back up to their main repair service as Fleet could come right away. The tech guy told me my repair would be $1529 which I thought was crazy for a 5 year old fridge that cost $1299! LG said if I had waited for their normal company it would be $399 for the same job!! So Fleet is a bit of a scam in my opinion. Needless to say I am not dealing with Fleet!!! And have wasted $200!
