"Customer complained of Washer leaking from Right Front of machine. Could not duplicate at this time. Ran tests in diag mode to test circulator pump and drain pump since both are located the R/F location. No leak found at this time. Did find a F0E2 code in system for 'Over Sudsing'. Drip spots found from lower right side of door. Diagnosis is over Sudsing caused the leak. Advised customer to keep an eye on the unit and let us know of any issues Note: system also has an F6E2 code for faulty communication with HMI. Did Seam to have sporadic issue with diag mode, however it returned to normal. Cleared all codes, if customer calls us back, I will check for this issue again/codes again."
