"Return Visit: had customer start a cycle before I arrived to see if leak would occur while I was there. Monitored all components and hose connections in unit during cycle with inspection camera and witnessed no leaks. After cycle was complete, no water was present underneath unit. Customer will continue to use as normal and if leak returns will reach out."

"Issue unit has condensation. No condestastikn in unit found, found that unit isnt cooling, no frost pattern on evap but compressor is running.; found faulty sealed system causing issue. ; ordrng 1 5303918884 (Compressor) and 1 A19676501 (Filter drier)"

Inspected unit, checked for error codes, no codes found, ran test cycles in diag mode. No leak found currently. Ran normal cycle and could not recreate leak issue.

Customer Concerns: Washer Leaking. Inspected unit and found top shroud underneath washer lid not attached properly causing water to leak out when circulation pump was active. Re-attached correctly and tested for leaks. Could not find any leak present after adjustment.

Replaced gasket and adjusted hinge. No further issue with unit found.
